New Zealand? « Result #6 on Feb 17, 2009, 12:40am »
So, I see that there will be a couple of trips to New Zealand soon...
Is there any chance there will be any in (our) summer time to hit the slopes while it's cold down there? I'd love to go to New Zealand but I'd really want it to be a ski trip if I went.

Hi there... « Result #7 on Feb 8, 2009, 6:10pm »
Hello ASC...
Somewhat of an introduction here from a new member...
My name is Scott, I'm 24 years old, and I live in Acworth. My first time skiing was last year at Snowshoe, WV - and I *instantly* fell in love. After I stopped falling down, I had never had so much fun in my entire life. I immediately made plans for a trip to Colorado this year which takes place in about two weeks. I had lived in Colorado when I was young, but I had never discovered skiing. Needless to say, after skiing in WV, I cannot wait to slide down the powder snow I remember from my earlier years.
My store manager told me about the Atlanta Ski Club about a month ago, and it looks like I've already missed a lot of great opportunities to go skiing. In any case, I look forward to the chance to take many more ski trips throughout the rest of my life. I'm happy to have found a medium for meeting people and having a great way to take affordable vacations! Vacation is definitely something I take very seriously - I try to take at least three a year.
